Welcome to RAZAM! We have a few ground rules to help us all live together happily.
House rules RAZAM
1.Quiet hours:
From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, quiet hours are in effect. Please refrain from creating excessive noise during these times to allow everyone to rest and recharge.
2.Use of Speakers
Please use headphones when watching videos or listening to music in common areas, both day and night. Using phone or computer speakers in such places is not recommended.
3.Guest Hours
Guest hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan on bringing guests to common areas, please coordinate with other residents in advance. Overnight guests are allowed only with prior approval and an additional fee. A guest verification process is required for security purposes.
4.Restricted Areas
The privacy of other residents is protected. Please do not enter other people's bedrooms or take their personal belongings without permission. The boiler room is a strategic part of the house. Unauthorized entry and adjustment of equipment is strictly prohibited. Personal spaces in common areas:
Kitchen: Each resident has their own cabinet for food and appliances (labeled with the bedroom name).
Refrigerator: Each resident has their own shelf for storing food.
Bathroom: Personal organizers are provided for each resident.

We believe that cleanliness is the key to a happy and productive life. Common areas are subject to regular cleaning, but maintaining cleanliness in bedrooms is the responsibility of each resident. Personal belongings should be stored either in the bedroom or in designated areas.
7.Involvement
Take an active part in the life of the coliving space and the community. The atmosphere at RAZAM depends on everyone!
Responsibility
Each resident is personally responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage to property or the community.
A 1000 PLN refundable deposit is required to ensure property preservation and compliance with house rules.
By following these simple principles, we create a comfortable space where everyone can feel at home.
